At haru, expertise is rooted in tradition
The development of Haru's production processes is based at the Schönaich location. Here, engineers and technicians work on designing the optimal processes for the manufacturing steps and the corresponding quality inspections of our components. This includes determining
how a component should be manufactured
at the optimal international production facility
on the most appropriate machine
and the most effective testing methods
The haru structural plan
The haru structural plan serves as the central framework for the production process.
The haru production organization is ERP-supported, seamlessly integrating all processes. It requires manufacturing engineering to thoroughly develop its planning and then manages all production processes accordingly. This ensures consistent procedures with no deviations or quality defects.
The haru structural plan illustrates (on the left side) how production planning governs the entire production workflow, from material selection through production and subsequent processing steps, including quality planning and logistics planning, up to the release specifications.
The haru structural plan also demonstrates (on the right side) how these planned processes, including transportation and quality controls, are consistently executed in series. This ensures that haru maintains product quality up to the delivery to the customer.
The benefits for our customers are:
  • Production occurs at various international locations, including Central, Southern, and Eastern Europe, as well as the Far East. As a result, haru can offer its customers competitive international pricing.
  • The quoted prices for haru's precision components cover all costs associated with manufacturing processes, quality inspections between production stages, interim storage, internal and external transportation (including partial use of our own fleet), and packaging.
  • haru relieves its customers from having to monitor deadlines.
  • haru assumes all risks related to potential manufacturing defects or transportation damage that may occur during the production process.
  • haru also takes on currency and customs risks.
Manufacturing engineering in detail
haru's manufacturing expertise is not found in any textbook but is continuously developed by creative and passionate technicians every day. It is the essence of knowledge, experience, and innovation. Based on haru’s know-how, we address our customers' challenges.
This primarily involves identifying feasible solutions and then optimizing manufacturing processes. We maintain close contact with manufacturers of machine tools and equipment.
During the requirements analysis phase, haru precisely examines the specifications for the component to be produced. Depending on the problem, we evaluate feasibility through process-secure manufacturing options and research suitable alternatives. We consult with specialists from various machine and tool manufacturers or institutes for advice and support.
For requirements that cannot be met with conventional manufacturing methods, haru explores new methods and possibilities for implementation. This includes developing ideas, optimizing, and creating refined solutions. The resulting manufacturing process is only approved once it has been verified through trials and the processes have been validated.
Additionally, haru creates comprehensive work and inspection plans for all manufacturing steps, including packaging planning.
